• 56 grams of Blue Lotus per Bottle
• 1ml = 1.8 grams of Blue Lotus
• 1 dropperful is approx 20 drops = 1ml
• Macerated for six weeks in alcohol
• Cold Pressed - Strained with a Tincture Press
• 1oz glass dropper bottle of tincture
• Ingredients- Dried Organic Blue Lotus Flower, 40% alcohol (vodka), & Maltodextrin

Shake the bottle well before each use. Dosage recommendations can be found on each bottle. Tinctures can be taken under the tongue, mixed with a small amount of water, or added to hot water to evaporate the alcohol. When stored properly in a cool, dark, place tinctures can have a shelf life up to five years. Keep out of reach of children.
