1:5 Herb/Menstruum
Macerated for six weeks in alcohol
Cold Pressed - Strained with a Tincture Press
1oz glass dropper bottle of tincture
Ingredients- Dried Organic California Poppy herb (Eschscholzia californica) and 40% alcohol/ vodka

▪︎ Shake the bottle well before each use. Dosage recommendations can be found on each bottle. Tinctures can be taken under the tongue, mixed with a small amount of water, or added to hot water to evaporate the alcohol. When stored properly in a cool, dark, place tinctures can have a shelf life up to five years. Keep out of reach of children.
