Oh, For F*ck's Sake, FOCUS! 

Essential oil blend of: Lemon, Rosemary, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Basil, and Grapefruit along with Sweet Almond Oil and Vitamin E Oil. 

Directions: Shake well then Roll the oil onto the pulse points (inner wrists/neck). Take a deep breath inhaling the aroma of the oils. You can also roll the oil onto the soles of your feet, or on your temples/forehead. Adult use only. External use only. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Test on a small patch of skin prior to use. Don't use if pregnant.
